5-speed. I had the sport 500 turbos at that time putting down about 400 rwhp at 18psi. The only problem I encountered was the o-ring gasket on the strainer was defective (cracking) and caused the tranny to do some weird things on the dyno. Once I replaced that O-ring, the tranny was rock solid. I had the HKS ALC hooked up to it and it solidified the shifting a bit. I never took it to the drag strip though.
